David was 15, a Freshman in high school when his STARCADE! show was taped in December 1982. David said he played video games in his 'spare time.'   The time he spent was well worth it ... on STARCADE! he won big ... taking home his own video arcade game.

What David wrote in his bio in Dec 1982, "I have an outgoing personality, a good group of friends and a reputation for a sense of humor. ... My hobbies are model-making and I collect beer bottles, hats and signs. ... I listen to a lot of music. My favorite groups are 'Men At Work' and 'Billy Squire'."

According to David in Dec 1982, "I talk a lot and sometimes too fast" -- a skill that has been translated into a career ... today (2002) David is an Account Executive for a Rock radio station in California.

When he checked in December 2002, David said, one of the games on his show was '1941' ... he must have meant Time Pilot ... at least the 1940's planes screen of Time Pilot.

So David got into showbiz ... at least the backside of showbiz. We can identify with that.
